Are these shoes suitable for wide feet?

Yes! These shoes are designed to mimic barefoot walking, meaning no added discomfort or restrictions in movement.

The width of the shoe just below the toes are 6.2cm

There is plenty of wriggle room as the shoes are lined with stretchy cotton meaning there is no restricting movements of any sorts.

How do I keep them clean?

Machine washable on gentle cycle & in a wash bag. Warm hand wash is highly recommended. 

Air drying is highly recommended.
Do not use harsh detergents or bleach or tumble dry.
Keep away from heat.

Are the sizes accurate?

We provide cm measurements to provide the most accurate sizing. The age guide is there to make the process easier for you in making your decision. 
The cm measurements listed on the product page is the ideal foot length to fit that size, so please do not think you should size up!

What size should I pick?

We recommended you use our size chart listed on the product page.
If your little one is in between sizes we highly recommend to chose the size down. If you decide to size up the sock shoes may fall off easily.
If your little one is in between sizes they will still be able to comfortably wear the shoes as they are designed to slip on as a sock meaning they are extremely stretchy and flexible, your little one should still get an extra few months use in between sizes.

Iv received my order and think it’s faulty, what do I do?

Firstly, we are so sorry! We can assure your this problem rarely comes up as we take extra caution when packing your orders.

Simply send a photo to info@tinytoes-shop.com and we will organise an exchange or refund immediately.
