Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. We only accept returns for faulty or incorrectly sent items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

For best results attach photos of shoes in the above condition. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note we do not supply a return label.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exchanges

The most ideal way to get an item exchanged is to request an exchange for the item via email at info@tinytoes-shop.com, and once the exchange is accepted by us provided what you want is in stock, we would then need to be provided with a tracking number & we will then send out the new pair once we receive the original pair.

If you would like to exchange for an item we do not have in stock we will then offer you a store credit unless you would like to exchange for a different style/size. Please note we do not supply a return label.

To avoid the need for exchange we recommend to view our size chart and order according to the foot length measurements rather than the age listed on the product page.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know by email if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 1 week for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
